Managing Director of GasAtacama since 1998. His prior experience includes four years as Managing Director of Gasoducto Transandino and Gas de Chile – the first to construct a gas pipe for the distribution of Argentinean natural gas in Chile; and thirteen years as Managing Director of other companies. Rudolf has served as Prof. of Strategic Negotiation and Project Evaluation at the Industrial Engineering Department at the University of Chile.

Manager of Research and Regulation at GasAtacama between 2008 and 2010.

Commercial Director of GasAtacama since 1997. His prior experience at Endesa Chile, between 1982 and 1997, includes posts in the Engineering and Operations Divisions, as Deputy Director of Operations, as well as representing Endesa at the CDEC-SIC and the CDEC-SING.

Manager of Gas Transport Operations since 2000.
Construction Manager of the lateral gas pipe at Taltal between 1998 and 1999.
From 1995 to 1998, he was advisor to the General Manager of Endesa Chile for the development of their gas business. Between 1976 and 1994, he worked at the Chilean petroleum company (Empresa Nacional del Petróleo, ENAP) as Head of Maintenance and Engineering Manager.

Power Supplies Manager at GasAtacama since 2002.
During his career at Endesa, between 1974 and 2001, he held various posts within the Operational Division, including Head of Operations of the 550MW thermal power plants, and Operational Manager of various plants in the SIC and SING region.

Industrial Manager at GasAtacama since 1999.
Director of Progas from 1999 to the present.
Head of Industrial Conversion between 1996 and 1998. Director of the Energy and Environment Center, Chile Foundation, between 1994 and 1997.
